In order to provide you with a suitable training programme we have split certain weeks into specific programmes to suit different needs.

Cycle the Climbs (click for a detailed program)
For the athlete who wishes to improve their stamina and strength, we offer an altitude training program which will challenge you .. We also run special climbing weeks where all climbs are over 2000m in altitude.
Half Ironman/ Ironman Training (click for a detailed program)
During May and June 2007 we will be running a number of weeks specifically aimed at triathletes who are training for one or more of the Ironman or Long Course events over the summer 2007.
Triathlon Training (click for a detailed program)
If you enjoy cycling, running or swimming this programme allows you to use our local facilities to train at your own pace in the surroundings of the french alps.
Race Weeks (click for a detailed program)
Throughout the summer months there are a number of standard distance and middle distance events in the region. These races are very well run, of an excellent standard and with some fantastic scenery, especially on the cycle routes which can also be quite technical and hilly!
